submit a claim

Insurance & Claims page

The "Insurance & Claims" page will display different information depending on the scheme set-up. If a scheme deals directly with the Insurance Company a call centre number will be displayed. If ANGOR assists with claims for a scheme, you will be able to view information and submit a claim on the "Insurance & Claims" screen.

Using the buttons at the top of the screen you can Submit a Claim, view a Claim in Progress, view Closed Claims and Download your scheme's Insurance Policy.

Please use the Submit a Claim button to review the claim limits and excess applicable before contacting a plumber to repair a geyser or a burst pipe. The limits will indicate the maximum the insurance company is willing to pay for geyser or pipe repairs, or geyser replacement.

The other buttons on the screen allow you to view the Broker's contact information, send a request to the Broker for an Insurance Certificate and view information on Preferred Suppliers at your scheme, if applicable.
