Where can I find the link to an online meeting?

If the link is available at the time of circulating the notices, the link is captured on the Notice or on the Meeting notification email.

 

Meeting Notification Email

On the email that notified you of the AGM is a line Venue. If the link was available at the time of scheduling the meeting the link may be in this field. If there is no link on the email, please open the meeting webpage and check the meeting notice.

 

Meeting Notice

On the meeting webpage, click on the folder “Notice and Agenda” to download the document or click on the blue button in the top right-hand corner “Download Complete AGM/SGM Notice” to download all the documents as 1 large PDF file. The notice can also be found on ANGOR Online.  Log in to ANGOR Online using your cell number and the OTP received via sms (local clients) or email (international clients). Select the Owner Dashboard, select “Scheme Info For Owners” then select Annual General Meeting Notice or Special General Meeting Notice.

 

On the first page of the notice is the venue information. If the meeting is an online meeting, the link to the online meeting will be in the venue or Online Meeting link line.

 

If the meeting link is not on the notice, please contact the Portfolio Specialist for your scheme, their contact details are available on your levy statement, and request a link from him/her.
