Receiving Clearance Figures

  1. Once the Clearance Figures have been approved, the figures will be sent to the Clearance Portal for you to download. You will receive an email notifying you that the figures are available for download.
  2. Please login to the Clearance Portal using your email address and the new Pin received.
  3. Download the figures from the dashboard or open the Clearance Request using the “Detail” button: 
    1.  At the bottom of the screen is a button to download the figures: 


  4. The status of the Clearance will update to: 



  5. On the Detail screen an upload field for the proof of payment will now be available:



  6. Please upload the proof of payment. ANGOR will automatically be notified that proof of payment was uploaded.

  7. The ANGOR Team will send the Certificate to the system when it is ready. You will receive an email and the status of the Clearance will be updated:



  8. Please download the digital certificate. For Homeowner’s Associations, an original certificate will be available for collection at either the Bryanston or the Stellenbosch offices.
