Levy statements are always available online and can be accessed at any time via ANGOR Online. Even if an email is delayed or filtered to spam, your statement will still be available on the portal.
Log in to ANGOR Online using your registered cell number
Enter the OTP sent to your phone
Open the View Transactions screen
The most recent transactions will display automatically
Select the “View Statement” icon in the top right corner
Adjust the date range if needed
Download or export your statement
You can adjust the date range to any date from when ANGOR started managing your scheme.

Levy statements are issued monthly:
Statements are sent between the 20th and 26th of each month
In December, statements are sent earlier, usually by the 15th
Levies are billed in advance for the following month
Payment is due by the 1st of the month
A grace period applies until the 5th
Interest is charged from the 8th on any outstanding balance
Example:
Your July levy is billed in late June and is payable by 1 July.
To confirm which email address is on record:
Log in to ANGOR Online
Open the Account Details page
Review your contact information
If updates are needed, contact the support team:

Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you find ANGOR emails there:
Mark them as “Not Spam”
Add ANGOR to your Safe Senders list
This helps ensure future statements are delivered correctly.
All information shown on your levy statement is always available on ANGOR Online, including:
Account balances
Transactions
Statements
Payment history
Clients are automatically registered using the primary cell number on the account. Simply log in with your number and request an OTP.
