Clearing Cached Images and Cookies on Google Chrome
When a website does not respond correctly, cleaning the cached Images and Cookies can resolve the problem.
To clear cache on Google Chrome
- Click on the menu icon in the top right-hand
side of the screen:
- Select Privacy and Security
- Select Clear browsing data
- Select the Time range as All time
- Select Cookies and other side data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
- The system should now open correctly showing new updates and fixes

- Click on the browser menu (three dots) on the top right:
- Select History
- Select Clear browsing data
- Tick (select) Cookies and site data and Cached Images
- Select Clear data
- Select Clear
